Estos bulbos mantienen a raya a los ratones y a los topos. Se recomienda plantar el bulbo en un ligero ángulo al plantar para evitar que quede agua en el bulbo. Si desea conservar los bulbos, recójalos lo antes posible después de que las hojas hayan muerto y manténgalos en un lugar seco a más de 20 grados hasta que se replanten en octubre.
