Especies de Fritillaria particularmente hermosas. Hojas de color verde oscuro brillante. Hojas plateadas de color verde grisáceo. Requiere un lugar del jardín soleado, bien abonado y rico en humus. Es recomendable plantar el bulbo en un ligero ángulo al plantar para evitar que quede agua en el bulbo. Si desea conservar los bulbos, coséchelos lo antes posible después de que las hojas hayan muerto y guárdelos en un lugar seco a más de 20 grados hasta la siembra en octubre. Se puede combinar muy bien con otros bulbos en una maceta en la terraza o en el balcón.
