El nectaroscordum está estrechamente relacionado con las cebollas ornamentales. Florecen en mayo / junio con flores de color verde púrpura. Las flores producen mucho néctar para las mariposas y las abejas. Se pueden combinar bien con plantas perennes y cebollas ornamentales.

Nectaroscordum is closely related to ornamental onions. They bloom in May/June with purple-green flowers. The flowers produce plenty of nectar for butterflies and bees. They can be combined well with perennials and ornamental onions.
