Las Freesias simples te sorprenden con flores fragantes, que florecen fácilmente. Además, es una flor para flor cortada excelente y maravillosa para combinar con otros bulbos. Plante los tubérculos a 5-7 cm. de profundidad y a unos 7 cm de distancia, y elija un lugar a pleno sol para una rica floración. Las fresias crecen bien en suelos fértiles y ricos en humus. También crece bien en una jardinera o en macetas. Riega estas fresias regularmente, ya que el suelo alrededor de los tubérculos no debe secarse. Cortar regularmente las flores desteñidas de las fresias promoverá la nueva floración. Las fresias son bastante resistentes.
