Características generales y consejos de utilización: Características genéticas: Híbrido de clones; Plantas muy homogéneas, vigorosas, rústicas con criterios de productividad y de muy buena calidad comercial. Es una variedad rústica, que se puede cultivar en suelos de muy diferentes texturas.
La planta: Las plantas de esta variedad presentan la vegetación de porte medio con ramificación medio-larga, de modo que no se ocasionan problemas de aireación. No es sensible a enfermedades causadas por hongos. Se adapta bien tanto a climas templados como a los más cálidos del Valle del Guadalquivir. (Altitud: 30m; Latitud: 37° N; Longitud: 5° W) Buena aptitud para la producción en blanco y verde. Esta variedad no presenta sensibilidad a la caída.
El espárrago: Excelente presentación comercial Turiones rectos de buena calidad, con la cabeza bien cerrada resistente al espigado. Los calibres de Placosesp son medios a gruesos. Epidermis y carne tiernas
Rentabilidad *: El rendimiento en campo es muy alto. Placosesp es una variedad extremadamente productiva. Un alto porcentaje de esta producción corresponde a buenos espárragos de calidad comercial con más del 90% de calibres superiores a los 12 mm*. Variedad muy precoz.

General characteristics and advice on use: Genetic characteristics: Hybrid of clones; Very homogeneous, vigorous, rustic plants with productivity criteria and very good commercial quality. It is a rustic variety, which can be grown in soils of very different textures.
The plant: The plants of this variety have medium-sized vegetation with medium-long branches, so that there are no problems with aeration. It is not sensitive to diseases caused by fungi. It adapts well to both temperate climates and the warmer climates of the Guadalquivir Valley. (Altitude: 30m; Latitude: 37° N; Longitude: 5° W) Good suitability for white and green production. This variety is not sensitive to falling.
Asparagus: Excellent commercial presentation Straight shoots of good quality, with a well-closed head resistant to bolting. The sizes of Placosesp are medium to thick. Tender epidermis and flesh.
Profitability*: The yield in the field is very high. Placosesp is an extremely productive variety. A high percentage of this production corresponds to good commercial quality asparagus with more than 90% of sizes larger than 12 mm*. Very early variety.
