Es una variedad autóctona de Murcia, cultivada desde muy antiguo. Se trata de una uva con especiales características organolépticas que se produce en el entorno del parque natural de Sierra Espuña. La uva Dominga se distingue tanto por las características del producto, provocadas por el microclima especial, como por las prácticas de cultivo aplicadas por los agricultores de la zona. El producto presenta características diferenciales con respecto a otras variedades, destacando sobre otras el gran porte de los racimos, el tamaño de las bayas y su durabilidad en la parra, que puede alcanzar hasta primeros de enero.

This is a native variety of Murcia, cultivated since ancient times. It is a grape with special organoleptic characteristics that is produced in the surroundings of the Sierra Espuña natural park. The Dominga grape is distinguished both by the characteristics of the product, caused by the special microclimate, and by the cultivation practices applied by the farmers in the area. The product has differential characteristics with respect to other varieties, standing out above others for the large size of the bunches, the size of the berries and their durability on the vine, which can last until the beginning of January.
