 Variedad de porte erecto, tallo carnoso, poco ahijamiento, de una altura de su 50 cm y follaje abundante de color verde. Pecíolo ancho y lleno, interesante para consu-ro en crudo y de color verdoso que se blanquea al privarlo de la luz. Siembra a voleo, enterrando la semilla muy superficialmente. 

A variety with an erect shape, fleshy stem, little tillering, 50 cm tall and abundant green foliage. Wide and full petiole, interesting for raw consumption and greenish in colour which turns white when deprived of light. Sow broadcast, burying the seed very superficially.
